The service center Authorization & Switching (A&S) is growing strongly in France and others European countries since years. In connection with the organization of A&S, its internationalization and its growth objectives, A&S is looking for a experienced Service Delivery manager focused on the French market with possibility to growth in an international role.

In the French contest the Service Delivery manager will be responsible of

- budget and forecast and full P&L of the French perimeter

- offers and business development related to the A&S businesses processes

- find new business opportunities in collaboration with Sale and local Product France organizations

- manage and develop the teams located in France

- strategy and commercial push in line with global strategy

- participation in the definition of the offers, solutions and product strategy in collaboration with the global teams

- contract management from the delivery, price and periodic review point of view

- delivery and governance of changes and projects

- risk management

- customer proximity and trust

- the management of services toward the customers (changes, requests, incident, problems) and related SLA

- establish a strong collaboration with SW factory teams for all the developments related to the Worldline Pay Front Office (WLP FO) product

He/She will report to the head of Service Delivery international team, with possibility to take the international role too.

Profile requirements:

- At least 10 years in payment or financial area

- At least 5 years of experience as Team manager and people development

- Good knowledge of payment services, in Acceptance/Acquiring as well as in Issuing domains would be an advantage

- Strategic vision

- Knowledge and/or experience in Worldline Pay Front Office would be a major advantage

- Broad technical background in IT, software development technologies and operation of transaction processing systems are of advantage

- Ability to work in dynamic situations, short timelines and with strict deadlines

- Pro-activity and self-reliance

- Open and inquiring minded

- Ability to work in an international environment and with matrix organization

- Good communication skills, both oral and written

Language requirements:

French (mandatory) and English (fluent)
